Today our Nursery was infested with Dinosaurs of all kinds! We also made a lava.   Painting Dinosaurs’ shape plaster forms.

Olivia from Class 2 read a lovely story to the Nursery children today to celebrate Fairy tale day. The children listened carefully as Olivia read the book out loud and patiently showed them the pictures on each page.

Class 4 used orthographic dictionaries and learnt when to use ”h” or ”ch’ when writing in Polish.

On Thursday, during the second juice break, we celebrated TOAST Day. Cheese and strawberry toasts were the best!

Class 2 and Class 3 had the occasion to meet Leon’s dad today, who is the captain of a ship. The pupils asked many questions about his occupation,  were able to look at his uniform and saw many pictures and videos from different ships and seas. Leon’s dad patiently answered all of the pupil’s questions and showed them how to use special maps. It was a great opportunity to find out more about this interesting and unique form of work. Thank you very much for visiting us today!

As it’s Pancake Day, we had to make pancakes and eat them to celebrate of course! The Pupils put their favourite spread/ fruit on top and enjoyed a tasty treat after breakfast today.

Today we were trying to search for words including ‘ee’ sounds. We learned a short story with the ‘ee’ sound and practiced reading words including it.
